Where will the building stand?
We work primarily in the Southeast and the Mountain West. Work beyond these regions is reviewed selectively, usually by referral.
What is the approximate scale?
If you do not yet know, choose the range nearest your expectation. The number will resolve as we work together.
And what level of finish are you working toward?
This is the single largest variable in a project's eventual cost. Be honest about it with yourself.
